When can Minudoc help
Below there is an overview of symptoms that our doctors typically address and where teleconsultation can help. The list is not exhaustive. It us up to your discretion to use teleconsultation service, but in case of acute problems, physical traumas or life threatening medical condition please turn to Accident & Emergency Department.
Doctors participating on our platform do not prescribe medication with narcotic or addictive effects. Referral letters are issued at the discretion of the doctor.

You will arrive to check-out page. Please test your camera and microphone settings prior the call with the consultant. You can do that through TEST CAMERA button. Then proceed to pay with the bank link/credit card.

Please provide your consents: Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, consent for the doctor to access your Electronic Health Record should you have it

Your appointment is now booked. Click "Return to main page".

Now you should see your booking on the main page. You will also receive a notification on your e-mail.

When your health consultant accepts the appointment, you will receive an e-mail and you can put it down into your calendar.

After the acceptance you will also receive the invoice.

Video consultation session:
Before the appointment you will receive a reminder e-mail. Please make sure you are logged in 5 minutes before the session. The health consultant will call you.
In case the video session will terminate during the consultation, please be patient - the doctor will call you back. The sessions are secure and your personal data is confidential.
