Please note that the prescription renewing service cannot be used to start or resume treatment with this medicine after the break in the treatment course, for this a doctor’s consultation is required.

We renew prescriptions that you use presently or permanently for the prevention or treatment of chronic or long-term illnesses (for example, diabetes and other metabolic diseases, hypertension and other cardiovascular diseases, chronic diseases of the nervous system, musculoskeletal apparatus, urinary tract, respiratory and digestive systems, organs of the senses), also contraceptive drugs and others. A prescription renewal service is not for prescribing drugs to treat any acute conditions, such as acute inflammation or severe pain (for example, inflammation of the lungs, cystitis or other inflammation, severe dizziness, severe pain in the body, head, limbs, etc.). If you have an acute problem, we recommend that you book the time for a consultation with our doctor here, where you can discuss the treatment plan and the need for medication. We do not renew psychotropic and narcotic substances (including sleeping pills, sedatives), also other psychoactive substances (antidepressants). After completing the order, the doctor may, in exceptional cases, contact you within 15 minutes on your phone to ask for additional information.
